Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Refunds for venue reservations and events are governed by the cancellation terms set by each

venue. By completing a booking, users agree to the venue’s specific refund and cancellation

conditions displayed at checkout.

2. Standard Cancellation Guidelines

More than 7 days before the event: Full refund excluding platform service fees.

3–7 days before the event: 50% refund excluding platform service fees.

Less than 72 hours before the event: No refund.

3. Platform Service Fees

Platform service fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the venue cancels the reservation

or a technical error results in an incorrect charge.

4. Venue-Initiated Cancellations

If a venue cancels an event or reservation, users will receive a full refund, including platform service

fees.

5. Event Changes & Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled or materially changed, users may accept the updated details or request a

full refund within 48 hours of notification.

6. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend an event or reservation without prior cancellation is non-refundable.

7. Force Majeure

Refunds related to circumstances beyond reasonable control are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment

method.

9. Disputes

Users must first contact the venue. If unresolved, the platform may review the case and mediate at

its discretion.
