Welcome to Área ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access and use of the Área mobile application and website ("Service"). By accessing or using Área, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration

3. Booking & Payments

• Área acts as a booking platform between users and venue and service partners.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
• Área is not responsible for any direct disputes between users and vendors but may assist in resolution.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the venue or service partner. Users are responsible for reviewing policies before booking.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to disrupt the app's functionality
• Post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

• Provide accurate listing information
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Maintain service quality as described

7. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, design, features, and branding are the property of Área. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Termination

Área may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Área shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.
